We’re excited to share updates to how data freshness is presented, bug fixes, and the latest datasets made available by the Health Sciences Authority (HSA), Civil Aviation Authority (CAAS), Ministry of Manpower and National Environmental Agency.

You’ll now see the exact timestamp of when each dataset was last updated.

🔄 Real-time API uptime history

You can now view the 30-day API uptime history for all real-time datasets. This will include information about API downtime, maintenance or data delays.

🛠 Product polish

We’ve also made some bug fixes

• Fixed the categorical variable calculations in the data viewer, which had resulted in incorrect summary statistics being presented when filters were applied

• Fixed the API Swagger rendering issues, which had resulted in some API pages being cut-off on specific devices

🗳 [ICYMI] Elections coverage

We supported real-time data updates during the Elections across 20 media agencies, reaching 4.1 million page views. Take a look here: https://elections.data.gov.sg/en

📊 New datasets you can now explore

🌤️ Historical environmental data

Explore historical weather data (2016 to 2024) from the National Environmental Agency (NEA), including location details and forecast descriptions. Find the datasets here, which are currently used by the Land Transport Authority (LTA) and DSTA for internal environmental modelling as well as private companies to optimise delivery timelines based on weather conditions.

📅 Planning data

Start planning ahead with the Public Holidays 2026 dataset from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). This dataset is already in use by agencies like the Housing Development Board (HDB) to adjust carpark pricing on weekends and public holidays, and by Singtel for internal HR scheduling processes.

🏥 Regulatory & public health data

Browse a range of new datasets from the Health Sciences Authority (HSA), covering approved medical products, licensed healthcare providers, pharmacies, and tobacco-related businesses. These datasets are used by companies such as ALPS Healthcare and ST Logistics to streamline procurement and compliance.
